Tower Of Glass

Tower of Glass is a science-fiction novel by Robert Silverberg, published in 1970. The plot involves a scientist who creates a race of androids to serve him as his employees. They, however, believe that he intends to eventually make them equal to humans, and (unknown to him, or any other human) have constructed a religion based around him.
