Paul LuGeneral A Professor of Computing Science at the University of Alberta who specializes in high performance computing with special emphasis on distributed and parallel computing. An excellent researcher, he is also considered, to be an exceptionally fine teacher. He received an 'Excellence in Teaching' award in 2003 from the Student's Union for his efforts. Dr. Lu recieved tenure in late 2004.
