Korean View On Tsushima

In many historical documents and maps, Tsushima has been the territory of Korea. Even in the first invasion of Japan in the late 1500s, Japan record it as Korean territory. In 1436, the governer of Tsushima asked Korean government to officially announce Tsushima so that they could get grains. Joseon dynasty of Korea put the islands in GyungSang province.
