DeskStation Tyne
was a line of
computer workstations
made by
DeskStation Technology, Inc.
and based on the
MIPS
R4000 and R4400 series of
RISC
microprocessors
. The DeskStation Tyne was designed to run
Windows NT
, and was designed to (substantially) conform to the
Advanced RISC Computing
standard (and ran the associated
firmware
).
